Also the 2022-23 Gatorade State Player of the Year, the 5-foot-7, 140-pound senior forward scored 25 goals and passed for 23 assists this past season, leading the Knights (15-1) to the Class AA state semifinals. Reed is a two-time Western AA Conference Player of the Year who played only club soccer a year ago as a junior. The only Montana boys player in history to make an Olympic Development Program National Team, he concluded his prep soccer career second in state history with 47 assists.
Reed has maintained a 3.68 GPA in the classroom. He will attend Seattle Pacific University this fall and join the soccer program as a scholarship player for the 2026 season.
A practiced pianist, Reed has volunteered locally distributing goods to the homeless in Missoula. He has also donated his time as a youth soccer coach and referee.
