The 6-foot-1, 170-pound sophomore right-handed pitcher and first baseman led the Tigers (19-3) to a berth in the Class 5A state tournament, scheduled to begin May 29. At the time of his selection, Minor owned a 5-1 record, a 1.88 ERA and 55 strikeouts in
