The 6-foot, 180-pound senior catcher led the Bears (37-5) to the Division I state championship this past season. Clapinski batted .462 batting with six home runs and 40 RBI, leading his team in nearly every major offensive category. A two-time First Team All-District player and a 2024 First Team All-State selection, he is ranked as the state’s No. 9 prospect in the Class of 2025 by Perfect Game.
Clapinski has maintained a 4.13 weighted GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play baseball on scholarship at Louisiana State University at Eunice this fall.
A devoted parishioner in his church community, Clapinski was named the 2025 Student-Athlete of the Year at his school’s annual Honors Convocation.
