The 6-foot-3 senior middle blocker recorded 295 kills and 145 digs this past season, leading the Irish (27-1) to the Division I, Region 3 title game. Rothe also compiled 43 blocks and 35 service aces while posting a .501 kill percentage and a .362 hitting percentage. A member of the Under-21 Women’s National Team, she missed the first five matches of the season while participating in the U21 World Championships in Mexico for Team USA. She concluded her prep volleyball career with 1,311 kills.
Rothe has maintained a weighted 4.26 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball on scholarship at the University of Florida this fall.
A four-year member of the Dublin Scioto High Student Senate, Rothe has volunteered locally with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and she has donated her time as a youth volleyball coach and referee.
