The 5-foot-4 senior middle distance and distance talent swept the 1600- and 3200-meter runs at the Class 3A state meet this past season, leading the Yellow Jackets to a second-place finish as a team. The state’s 2025-26 Gatorade Girls Cross Country Player of the Year, Moore was unbeaten on the season against in-state competition at distances ranging from 400 to 3200 and she’s a three-time Class 3A cross country state champion. She capped her outdoor track season with a pair of personal-bests at the Nike Outdoor Nationals, finishing 10th in the 800 with a time of 2:09.35, which ranked No. 83 nationally among prep girls competitors this spring, and 13th in the mile in 4:48.23, which ranked No. 63 nationally.
Moore has maintained a weighted 4.21 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to compete on scholarship at Lipscomb University this fall.
Honored as a scholar student-athlete by the Woodford County Board of Education, Moore has volunteered locally as a preschool teacher at her church and as a peer tutor. A member of the leadership team with her school’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter, she has also donated her time as a youth running coach.
