The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 5-foot-11 sophomore right-handed pitcher and outfielder compiled a 20-1 record with a 0.46 earned run average in the circle this past season, leading the Lava Bears (29-2) to the Class 6A state semifinals. Fisher fired six no-hitters, including two perfect games while striking out 259 batters with just 17 walks in 122.1 innings pitched. Ranked as the nation’s No. 5 recruit in the Class of 2024 by Extra Inning Softball, she batted .510 with 13 home runs, 14 doubles, 50 runs scored, 32 RBI and a 1.160 slugging percentage.
Fisher has maintained an unweighted 4.09 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school this fall.
Fisher has volunteered locally on behalf of blood-donation drives to benefit the American Red Cross, and she has donated her time as a youth softball coach and mentor.
