“Barrie is the kind of special player that only comes around once in a great while. He’s one of the most well-rounded individuals that I’ve ever coached against. His soccer skills speak for themselves, but I believe what makes him most special is his character. He is a wonderful leader as he guided his team to a state final appearance and nearly an undefeated season. It’s been a pleasure to watch him on the soccer field and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for him.”

Athletic Excellence

The 5-foot-10 senior forward led the Scouts to a 27-1-1 record and the Class 3A state final this past season. Barrie scored 32 goals and passed for 18 assists, earning him the Golden Boot award in the Berks League. The Pennsylvania High School Coaches Association’s Player of the Year, he’s also a 2025-26 United Soccer Coaches All-American.

Academic Achievement

Barrie has maintained a 3.27 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer on scholarship at DeSales University this fall.

Exemplary Character

Barrie has volunteered locally on behalf of Hope Rescue Mission, an organization that provides shelter and safe haven for homeless people. He has also donated his time as a youth soccer coach.
