Athletic Excellence

The 6-foot-1 sophomore wing led the Vikings to a 22-1 record and the Class B Region 1 final. Duchscherer averaged 20.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 3.2 steals. A varsity regular since seventh grade and a First-Team All-State selection every year since eighth grade, Duchscherer surpassed the 1,000-point mark in February of her freshman year. She is ranked as the No. 1 player in North Dakota in the Class of 2022 by Prep Girls Hoops.

Academic Achievement

Duchscherer has maintained a 3.82 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school in the fall.

Exemplary Character

Also a softball standout, Duchscherer has volunteered locally for Addie’s Royal Cupcake Stand, dressing up as various Disney characters and delivering cupcakes to the Fargo-Moorhead community. She has also participated in community service initiatives on behalf of the Hickson Lutheran Youth Group, and she’s a member of Faith in Christian Leadership.
