“Aaliah Spaight is a dominant guard who demonstrates next-level composure on the court. Throughout the state championship game, she was calm, cool and collected despite multiple double- and triple-teams by a much lengthier Centennial squad. She accounted for 40 percent of the Lady Gaels scoring that night even with the increased attention from the Lady Bulldogs. She put Bishop Gorman on her back and willed them to the state title.”
