Athletic Excellence


The 5-foot-5 senior forward and midfielder scored 40 goals and passed for 20 assists this past season, leading the Irish (19-4) to the Class AA-A regional tournament semifinals. The West Virginia High School Soccer Coaches Association Class AA-A Player of the Year, Moran participated in the High School All-American Game. She concluded her prep soccer career with 135 goals and 80 assists.

Academic Achievement


Moran has maintained a weighted 4.06 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer on scholarship at Gonzaga University this fall.

Exemplary Character


A four-time state individual champion as a member of the St. Joseph track and field team, Moran has volunteered locally as part of a fundraising campaign to benefit a non-profit organization that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy to special-needs children. She is also the vice president of her school’s student body and president of its National Honor Society chapter.
