Athletic Excellence


The 5-foot-6 senior forward led the Jaguars to a 17-3-1 record and a third-straight Class 6A state championship this past season. Popoola scored 28 goals and passed for 11 assists, posting 10 multi-goal games. The Class 6A Offensive Player of the Year, she is a three-time First Team All-State selection. She concluded her prep soccer career with 88 goals.

Academic Achievement


Popoola has maintained a weighted 3.79 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer on scholarship at the University of Nebraska this fall.

Exemplary Character


Popoola has volunteered locally with the Carolyn Ball Blair Wilderness Science Center, and she has also donated her time as a peer tutor and on behalf of with the Special Olympics.
