Athletic Excellence


The 6-foot-4, 195-pound junior right-handed pitcher and shortstop led the Tigers (23-9) to the District of Columbia State Athletic Association championship game, posting a 4-1 record on the mound with a 1.78 ERA and 51 strikeouts in 34 innings. He held opposing hitters to a tepid .134 batting average. A 2018 Washington Post First Team All-Met selection and the top-ranked prep player in the district as rated by Perfect Game, Bosley-Smith also batted .421 with 18 RBI and a 1.143 OPS.

Academic Achievement


Bosley-Smith has maintained a 3.92 GPA in the classroom. He has verbally committed to play baseball on scholarship at Duke University beginning in the fall of 2020.

Exemplary Character


A devoted parishioner in his church community, Bosley-Smith has volunteered locally on behalf of the ImpACTA Kids Foundation and as a youth baseball coach.
