“Cammon Cooper is one of the best quarterbacks I’ve seen in a long time. He has the poise of a 30-year-old. Seeing him play live, it’s as if the game is in slow motion for him.”
Zac Erekson
Skyline High Head Coach

Athletic Excellence

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound senior quarterback broke state records for completions, passing yards and touchdowns passes this past season, leading the Pioneers to a 12-2 record and the Class 5A state championship. Cooper completed 331 of 523 passes for 4,726 yards and 58 touchdowns, throwing just nine interceptions. An All-State selection and the Region 4 MVP, he also set a state career record with 118 touchdown passes.

Academic Achievement

Cooper has maintained a 3.34 GPA in the classroom. He has verbally committed to play football on scholarship at Washington State University in the fall of 2018.

Exemplary Character

Cooper has volunteered locally on behalf of a long-term care facility, an elementary school fitness program and youth football teams. “Cammon Cooper is one of the best quarterbacks I’ve seen in a long time,” said Zac Erekson, head coach at Skyline High. “He has the poise of a 30-year-old. Seeing him play live, it’s as if the game is in slow motion for him.”
